He has education background as Bachelor of Informatics Engineering and MBA Degree with concentrate in Finance. He also studied microfinance specials at CGAP and Micro Credit Grameen in Sanpablo Manila. Various empowerment programs that have been implemented in Indonesia, such as the women’s empowerment program, the formation of farmer groups, fishery groups, etc. are community-based where technology is a monitoring and evaluation tools.

Career in Information Technology since 1987, among other as Programmer at the Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi Geofisika (BMKG) and as IT Manager at the Yayasan Pendidikan St. Lusia. in 1998 he joined a multi-national company under Indofood Group as System Development. In 1999 he joined an NGO International (CRS-UKABIMA) focused on Community Empowerment as IT Manager. At that time, the need for system developers at national corporate companies was very much, various banks, cooperatives/ microfinance institutions are handled starting from system development, SOPs, and business development. Has collaborated with World Bank specifically for system development aimed at MFIs/ BPRs throughout Indonesia. The system developed by MFI-2000 is the Integrated Banking System (IBS). In 2006 he joined the Aceh – Nias Rehabilitation and Construction Agency (BRR) as an Economic and Business Consultant.
